Here is a list of frequently asked questions

Do I have to pay a deposit?
You MUST pay a deposit in order to schedule ANY style with added hair. Payment is applied to appointment cost. Balance due at time of appointment.

 

What should I do if I'm late?
You are given a 15 minute grace period after which you will be charged $5. If you are 30 minutes late, you will be rescheduled and $10 added to your next appointment.

 

What happens if I don't show?
NO call/NO show will assess a $25 service charge to be paid BEFORE you can schedule another appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS. If the fee is not paid NO MORE APPOINTMENTS WILL BE MADE!

 

Do I have to wash my own hair?
No. You do not HAVE to wash your own. You CAN if you choose to. I include that service with your style. If you have a special shampoo/conditioner, you may bring that along at the time of your service for me to use on your hair.

 

Do I need beads for my child?
No, you do not HAVE to bring beads. I can provide them.

 

Should I provide my own hair?
We provide braiding hair in limited colors.

 

What do I do if my child is sick?

If your child has an appt and he/she has fallen ill, PLEASE reschedule. If you bring your ill child in, their appt will be cancelled or rescheduled. Any deposits will be refunded if their appt must be cancelled or credited if rescheduled.

 

No Refunds!

No refunds will be issued once a style has been confirmed, performed, accepted, and paid for by client.
